1. A once off membership fee of R250 is payable before the start of every new season. Fees increase every start of a new season (Aug).
2. Fees are payable by the FIRST lesson of every month. Fees paid after the 5th of the month will be charged a 10% penalty, weekly for every weekyour fees remain in arrears and your child’s lessons will be suspended.
4. One months written notice, is required, if you want to stop swimming lessons. Please email written notice to MiddeburgSwimmingAcademy@gmail.com. No telephonic or verbal notice will be accepted.
5. Swimmers must supply their own towel, costume, swimming cap and goggles. Caps must be warn by ALL swimmers.
6. LESSONS MISSED BY CHILD OR CHILDREN, CANCELLED OR NOT ATTENDED WILL NOT BE CAUGHT UP OR REFUNDED, unless otherwise arranged.
7. Lessons missed due to public holidays will not be caught up.
8. Should your child misbehave and/or disrupt a lesson he/she will be given a warning. Should he/she persist with such behaviour, he/she may berequested to leave the class.
9. Lessons may not be interrupted to ask questions or chat. Please leave a note, send a message or phone us.
